Learning and Development Coordinate with BCOE team and implement the central initiatives, also drive zone specific initiatives. Also need to handle Learning and Development administrative activities like Program coordination and MIS reporting.
OD and Employee Engagement Drive Employee engagement programs in the zone as per calendar, focus on wellness, seasonal feasts etc.
Call cycle / HR Handshake travelling and meeting up with employees across depot and regional offices.
Talent Management Track and monitor employees in the zone whose IDP is made
