1. Managing existing set of clients:
To manage a portfolio of existing clients in mid market segment.
Meet these clients on regular basis to ensure utilisation of existing limits, ensure cross sell on non credit products and identify newer opportunities in structure trade finance to meet client requirements.
2. Meet the agreed:
Revenue targets (fees/ NII and forex income) from set of existing clients.
Targets for achieving fund based and non fund based book size.
Targets for acquisition of new to bank clients.
